Ordering Information

Our current timeframe for delivery of photos is 2-3 weeks for prints and 30 minutes for emailed digital files (12 hours if ordered after office hours 9-3pm)

Searching

We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images. For Triathlon Fun Runs/Marathons you can use your name or bib number to find your images, or in the case of School Sport or Championships events the images are sorted by games, teams or events.

Archives:

We have all the events covered available on our homepage for one month before they are moved to the archives where an archive fee is charged, so clients are advised to order the images within the month to avoid an archive fee. If you want to view an event from our archives please email us and we will email you the link to the event.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart displays all of your order details including pricing. Once you have added your image to your shopping cart, you are able to adjust the quantity you require.

Checking Out

Online Ordering

We utilize the secure PayPal gateway for online purchases made on this site, or you can use your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) for payment.

Offline Ordering

If you do not want to use your credit card online, we also have an offline ordering system to take your order. After selecting your images and adding them to your shopping cart, you can choose “email checkout”, and you will be emailed a copy of your invoice, after you have filled out your details.
You can either email us with your payment details or a direct deposit can be made (see below for details)

(If you pay by bank transfer please use your Full Name as the transfer reference so we know which order the payment is for)

Digital Files:

The digital files have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality 5×7” .jpg files(300-400k opening out to 9-10 megabytes when uncompressed) They are emailed to you normally within 30 minutes after payment has been received (9-3pm) but can take up to 12 hours to email to you if ordered after working hours. (Some bank transfers can take 24hrs)
If the image has not arrived within this timeframe, please check your email trash box before contacting us, as depending on how you have your email filter setup, it may put our email attachments in your trash box.
Images ordered from events in our historical archives (pre 2001 events) will take 2-3 days to email as we have to source and scan from our original negatives.

Multi Image Posters:

To order your multi-image poster, please email us with your image numbers, any wording required on the bottom of the poster (eg name and event time etc) and payment details. Direct deposit is available – see above for details
For multi-image posters, we will email you a preview of the poster before printing to ensure accuracy. (Production only starts after payment received)

Image Use:

All images on this website can be used for personal use only – Images required for Media or Advertising usage can be purchased from the sportingimages.info website

Postage:

Now free. You will have to collect from your post office for some deliveries.

Product Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.
